We generally recommend using our professional-grade lights to ensure safety and durability. But if you have a special request, let us know during your estimate—we'll do our best to make it work.

The earlier, the better. Most homeowners book in October or early November to get their preferred installation date. We operate on a limited number of daily slots, especially close to Thanksgiving.

E3 will return on time to safely remove your lights, label and organize them, and store them for next year. You won't have to touch a single bulb—we handle everything.

Absolutely. If a bulb burns out or anything shifts, just give us a call. E3 will fix it quickly so your home keeps shining all season long. Maintenance is included.
